Life hacks!

Hey everyone! Its Ashley, and today I will be showing you some life hacks on 12 foods that will help you sleep.

Plentiful sleep is crucial to relieving stress! These are great tips to catching more zzzzzzz:

I've tried honey and herbal tea, so I know that those works. Also chamomile tea makes you sleepy too! 😴
